Anmerkungen des Maklers
This sturdy Englishmen is in a superb state of maintenance. She is owned by the second owner who fitted her with a new teak deck and a rubrail on the outside to fit in the narrow dutch moorings. Her centre cockpit and relatively shallow draft makes her ideal for the small Dutch inland waters.

GRP sailing yacht WESTERLY OCEANRANGER ''Nix'', built in 1993, building number P200, dim.: 11.58 x 3.86 x 1.62 m, headway 16.50 m, built by Westerly in England, designed by Ed Dubois, teakdeck and teak in the cockpit aswell as on the topdeck all layed in 2000, 2 additional center clamps for mooring lines, white round-bilged hull with blue striping, three large and one small Lewmar deckhatch, 2 dorade at the entrance hatch, fin keel, displacement approx. 7.200 kg, ballast approx. 3.000 kg, capacity fuel tank approx. 160 ltr. in a steel tank, 2 stainless steel watertanks with a total approx. 320 ltr., capacity sump tank approx. 40 ltr., Whitlock pedestal wheel steering with a leather covered stainless steel wheel, emergency tiller.
Teak interior, 2 cabins, foreward a double and aft a double, in the saloon is room for two on the port and one on the starboard sofa making a total of 7 berths, owners toiletroom with opening porthole, wash basin, shower with seperate drain and a manual Jabsco toilet, foreward is the guest toilet also with a wash basin, a manual Jabsco toilet a shower with drain and an opening porthole, Webasto HL 32 hot air heating system, hot water via a 15 liter boiler from 1999 both engine and 220 Volt AC heated, waterpressure system, the galley on starboard is equipped with a double stainless steel sink, a footpump, a 12 Volt compressor-driven refrigerator and a 2-burner Pacific gas stove oven.

Fixed benden plexiglass windows for the sprayhood and a cockpit cover extention that connects with a zipper, winter cover, wind vane, life lines on deck, fire extinguisher, electric 12 Volt Simpson Lawrence Seawolfe windlass with chaincounter, 35 LBS CQR anchor with 30 meters of 6 mm chain, bathing ladder, bathing platform, stainless steel sea railing, 4 fenders, clock/barometer, safe, cockpit table and cushions.
Sloop-rigged, aluminium deck-stepped Kemp mast with a double set of spreaders, Rotostay headsail furling system, baby stay, genoa, spinnaker and toppinglift halyard, full-battened mainsail (27 m2), furling genoa I (50 m2), furling genoa III (34 m2), stormjib, sail cover, 1 Easylock stopper for the furling genoa on the mast, all halyards leading aft to 2 sets of Spinnlock stoppers, 2 Lewmar 2-speed type 24 halyard winches with a selftailing adapter attached to them, 2 Lewmar type 46 2-speed selftailing primery sheetwinches, 1 Lewmar type 30 2-speed selftailing winch for the headsail furler, aluminium Kemp spinnaker boom stowed on deck, Lewmar genoa track and cars.
