Successor of the Duetta 94, with new design features like a better ''upside-down'' keel, eliptic rudder and superstructure. Improving performance and looks, the Dehler 31 is a success. "Jip" has the warm and cosy mahogany interior, she's well equipped and in good condition. Second owner since 2002.

GRP sailingyacht Dehler 31Top, built in 1992 by Dehler Yachtbau GmbH in Germany, hull number: 400-895, dim.: Loa 9.40 m (Lwl 8.10 m) x 3.05 m x 1.45 m, design by E.G. van de Stadt, built to German Lloyd's specifications, headway: approx. 14,20 m, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, anti-slip on deck, hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, Lewmar deck hatches both for saloon as for forecabin, round bilged hull, ''upside-down'' fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 3.5 tonnes, ballast: 1.4 tonnes (cast iron), fuel tank S/S: 40 litres, fresh water tank (S/S): 80 litres, obligatory blackwater tank in stainless steel of approx 25 liters installed including deck sucktion, tiller steering with spinlock extension.

Classic mahogany interior every where with teak and holy floor, frant cabin with double berth and aft cabin with double berth option to sleep on the sofas in the saloon makes a total of 6 sleeps possible, Gas heating (needs annual service). Marine underwater head (2008), L-shaped galley with double S/S sink, gimballed three burner gas stove with oven, fridge 12V with coldplate (2008), electric water pressure system. covering plates for oven and sinks. new wall upholstry for fore and aft cabin (2008) and new ceiling covering in aft cabin (2008)

Yanmar 2GM20 18hp (13Kw) diesel engine, installed in 1992, engine number 19852, approx 1055 engine hours, direct cooling system, mechanical gearbox, propeller shaft S/S, two bladed folding propeller, cruising speed: approx. 6,5 knots, consumption: approx. 2 litres per hour, electrical system: 12V/220V, shore power with cable and earthbreaker, two batteries 1 x 12v/100 amp. for light and 1 x 12 Volt 55 AH for start , 12Volt 20 AH battery charger, manual bilge pump. Gauges for: Rev, fuel and water.
