Anmerkungen des Maklers
Hallberg-Rassy 42 designed by Olle Enderlein was built during 1980 - 1991. A total of 255 hulls were built. She is admired for her clean flush deck and numeral boats have sailed around the globe. This particular model 42 called "Urdika" was delivered on the first of July 1985 and picked up by the owner himself in Sweden as building number 117. Her owner specially requested a shallow draft keel, ketch-rigged and hardtop configuration in order to do lake sailing. Her hardtop was choosen in order to sail in comfort during rain.

GRP sailing yacht HALLBERG RASSY 42 KETCH, "Urdika", built in 1985, dim.: 12.93 (10.50) x 3.78 x 1.85 m, built by Hallberg Rassy in Sweden, designed by Olle Enderlein, building number 117, built to Lloyds specifications, delivered with a Hull Construction Certificate, white round-bilged GRP hull with "Hallberg Rassy" dark blue striping, GRP superstructure, teak deck, teak on the superstructure and teak in the cockpit, 4 deckhatches and 5 dorades for ventilation and natural light, displacement approx. 12.000 kg, ballast approx. 5.500 kg, fuel capacity approx. 395 liter in a hull integrated stainless steel tank, water capacity approx. 725 liter, black water sump tank approx. 40 liter each for the aft and foreward toilets, hardened glass windows, wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins, 9 berths possible, foreward a V-shaped berth and directly behind to port a small head with washbowl, Babyblake manual toilet and a shower, opposite of the head are 2 large lockers, in the aft the ownerscabin a double berth to starboard and a single berth to port, ensuite head with manual Jabsco toilet aft, washbowl and a shower, passageway to port with large entrance to the engineroom and 3 large lockers to the side, saloon port foreward a L-shaped sofa and to starboard a sofa, port aft towards the passageway is the charttable facing foreward and starboard aft is the L-shaped galley partly under the entrance. The galley has Optimus 3 burner gasstove with oven, waterpressure, footpump for salt water, a 180 liter refrigerator with seperate 12 Volt Coolmatic R12 type 60-1260 refrigeration unit, Eberspächer D4l hot air heating (1998), hot water via a 40 liter boiler heated by both main engine and 220 Volt AC.
Volvo Penta MD30 62 hp/46 kW 4 cylinder engine, engine hours approx. 938 in October 2004, indirect cooling system, 3-bladed propeller, 4 batteries of 133 Ah. each o.w. 3 service batteries and one starter battery (all from 2001), shore power, battery charger (2002).
VDO depth, log showing 6310 miles and windset with analoge windspeed 360 and close hauld, Bravour 5500 VHF (no atis), Raytheon R41xx radar (1995), radarreflector, Autohelm 6000 autopilot, Kenwood R2000 SSB receiver, Philips APN III decca navigator (no longer in service), Clipper Duet Log, rudderfeedback indicator, handheld Garmin GPS12 inside on a bracket, handheld Garman GPS 50 outside on a bracket
Fixed windows in a GRP integrated hardtop with extending sprayhood, cockpit cover (2002), 45 lbs CQR anchor with 35 meter 8 mm chain and a manual Goyot anchorwinch, 2nd CQR anchor 25 lbs.

Ketch-rigged aluminium deck-stepped masts, main mast has 2 sets of spreaders, mizzen has a single set of spreaders, Selden furling headsail system (1998), mainsail 33 m2 (350g/m2), mizzen 10,4 m2 (350 g/m2), furling genoa approx. 55 m2 (215 g/m2), furling jib 23 m2 (350 g/m2), spiboom, insulated backstay, mainsail cover, winches: all Lewmar, 2x type 46 2-speed selftailing primerys, 2x type 40 2-speed selftailing halyard winches on main mast, 1x type 8 halyard winch on mizzen, reefwinch type 8 under the main boom.
