GRP sailing yacht HALLBERG RASSY 42 KETCH, "Urdika", built in 1985, dim.: 12.93 (10.50) x 3.78 x 1.85 m, built by Hallberg Rassy in Sweden, designed by Olle Enderlein, building number 117, built to Lloyds specifications, delivered with a Hull Construction Certificate, white round-bilged GRP hull with "Hallberg Rassy" dark blue striping, GRP superstructure, teak deck, teak on the superstructure and teak in the cockpit, 4 deckhatches and 5 dorades for ventilation and natural light, displacement approx. 12.000 kg, ballast approx. 5.500 kg, fuel capacity approx. 395 liter in a hull integrated stainless steel tank, water capacity approx. 725 liter, black water sump tank approx. 40 liter each for the aft and foreward toilets, hardened glass windows, wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins, 9 berths possible, foreward a V-shaped berth and directly behind to port a small head with washbowl, Babyblake manual toilet and a shower, opposite of the head are 2 large lockers, in the aft the ownerscabin a double berth to starboard and a single berth to port, ensuite head with manual Jabsco toilet aft, washbowl and a shower, passageway to port with large entrance to the engineroom and 3 large lockers to the side, saloon port foreward a L-shaped sofa and to starboard a sofa, port aft towards the passageway is the charttable facing foreward and starboard aft is the L-shaped galley partly under the entrance. The galley has Optimus 3 burner gasstove with oven, waterpressure, footpump for salt water, a 180 liter refrigerator with seperate 12 Volt Coolmatic R12 type 60-1260 refrigeration unit, Eberspächer D4l hot air heating (1998), hot water via a 40 liter boiler heated by both main engine and 220 Volt AC.

Volvo Penta MD30 62 hp/46 kW 4 cylinder engine, engine hours approx. 938 in October 2004, indirect cooling system, 3-bladed propeller, 4 batteries of 133 Ah. each o.w. 3 service batteries and one starter battery (all from 2001), shore power, battery charger (2002).
