Anmerkungen des Maklers
Since introduction 802 where built. The Hallberg Rassy 352 underwent various upgrades through the years. Around 1986 the skylight in the saloon was increased in size to give more light into the saloon. The locker doors of the saloon became louvered as on the larger Hallberg Rassy sisters and the hull was raised, in order to get even better volume under deck. When the Hallberg Rassy 352 was presented in 1978 it was described as "A boat with future" which indeed is valid still today.

GRP sailing yacht Hallberg Rassy 352 Scandinavia ''Kaya III'', built in 1989, dim.: 10.54 (l.w.l. 8.70) x 3.38 x 1.67 m, built by Hallberg Rassy Varvet in Sweden, designed by Olle Enderlein, teak deck, GRP hull with type 352 and number 693, built according to Lloyds specifications, GRP superstructure, Moonlight hardened glass windows in aluminium framing with stainless steel grabrail, s-shaped hull, s-bilged keel, displacement approx. 6.700 kg, ballast approx. 3.000 kg, fuel capacity approx. 240 ltr, water capacity approx. 300 ltr, leather steering wheel, emergency tiller.
Classic/mahogany interior, 2 cabins with saloon, 5 (+2) berths, white/creme cushions, headroom approx. 1,90 m, toilet, shower, hot air heating, hot water system via boiler (40 ltr) 220V and Eberspächer D3L engine heated (1999), water pressure system, galley with white worktops, Frigoboat refrigerator (12 V), Optimus 2-burner gas stove with oven, double sink.
