Anmerkungen des Maklers
The Vennekens 1500 DI "Jacky IV" is a real cruising yacht with a centerboard keel. Her spacious interior and her proven seaworthiness makes her a real live aboard yacht. Cosy deck saloon with a 360 degrees view, three large cabins, generator, bow thruster.
A survey is done in October 2011 and to be read at our office in Monnickendam.

Dim.: Loa 15,50 m (Lwl 13,50 m) x 4,85 m x 1,30 - 2,70 m, head way: approx. 20,50 m.
Round bilged hull with centerboard keel.
Dark blue steel hull, aluminium superstructure, wooden deck laid with teak (needs maintenance), single safety glass windows in aluminium framing, dorades on deck.
Displacement: approx: 21.1 tonnes.
Fuel tank capacity: approx. 1.000 litres (stainless steel tank).
Fresh water tank capacity: approx. 1.000 litres.
Sump tank capacity: approx. 80 litres.
Mechanical steering outside, hydraulic steering inside (must be checked), emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, deck saloon, three cabins, 7(+1) berths, two marine heads.
Headroom saloon: approx. 1,87 m, headroom cabins/gally: approx. 2,05 m.
Pressurized water system 24V, hot water trough boiler (runs on engine/240V).
