Anmerkungen des Maklers
As to be expected by designer Frans Maas, this yacht is very comfortable, spacious, safe and reliable for captain and crew. A nice centre cockpit yacht kept in a very well condition. With her full furling sails (mast and main sail of 2008), she's very easy to handle under all conditions. Must be seen!

Compromis 34 Class "Marijke", built in 1999 by Zaadnoordijk Yachtbuilders BV in Uitgeest - Holland, designed by Frans Maas, hull number 18/34-99.
Dim: Loa 10.30 m (Lwl 8.30 m) x 3.47 m x 1.50 m.
GRP hull, deck and superstructure, anti-slip on deck, teak on cockpit benches and cockpit floor.
Round bilged hull, fin keel.
Gebo portlights and deck hatches: hardened glass in aluminium framing, one extra porthlight in pantry.
Displacement: approx. 5.5 tonnes, ballast: 2.2 tonnes (cast iron).
Fuel tank: 100 litres (stainless steel tank) + level indicator.
Fresh water capacity: 200 litres + level indicator
Sump tank: 60 litres with deck connection + level indicator.
Mechanical wheel steering, wheel covered with leather, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, saloon + front and aft cabin, 4 (+1) berths, headroom saloon: approx. 1.90 m,
Hot water through 22 litres boiler (runs on engine/220V), electric and manual water pressure system, Trumatic E4000 gas heating - unit replaced in June 2008.
Cosy saloon with L-shaped settee on port side, a bench on starboard side, folding table between.
Galley with double stainless steel sink, Coolmatic cool box with Danfoss element and a three burner gas stove with oven, gas locker outside with space for two gas bottles.
Marine head with wash bowl, shower with electric pump and a Jabsco manual toilet (in waste tank/just outside).
Stereo with CD-player with speakers and antenna.
Yanmar 3GM30 27,3 hp (20,1 kW) diesel engine, Saildrive, engine hour counter: approx. 657 engine hours, Morse single lever engine control, indirect cooling system, two bladed folding propeller.
Electric and manual (RM69) bilge pump.
Electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power with earth leakage breaker, Wilco batteries: 2x 105 Ah/12V (October 2010), Pro battery charger. Mastervolt Battman II battery monitor.
Engine hour counter on panel at chart table.
Fire extinguisher.
Whitlock Polaris 115 compass on pedestal, Raytheon ST60 echo sounder, Raytheon ST60 log, Raytheon ST60 wind set: speed + direction, GPS, Raytheon ST4000+ autopilot, Shipmate RS 8300 VHF (no Atis), Seal WGfax 501 navtex, VDO map 7Wi plotter- included antenna (April 2008), Grundig 7400 stereo with CD-exchanger.
Fixed windscreen, sprayhood and cockpit cover (Markilux dark blue - both of June 2010), teak wooden cockpit table + extender, two seats on push pit, two wired sea railing of stainless steel, boarding ladder of stainless steel (folding), bathing platform of stainless steel with teak (May 2008), deck shower (June 2008), CQR anchor with line.
Sloop rigged, Selden Furling - double spreader - aluminium stoway mast of July 2008 (mast length 13,38 m), Selden Furlex 200S headsail furling system, fittings stainless steel, standing rigging of stainless steel.
Dacron sails: main sail (July 2008) + furling genoa, cover for furling genoa, Selden Rodkicker, Andersen winches: 2x 40ST two speed + 2x 10 one speed.
