As to be expected by designer Frans Maas, this yacht is very comfortable, spacious, safe and reliable for captain and crew. A nice centre cockpit yacht kept in a very well condition. With her full furling sails (mast and main sail of 2008), she's very easy to handle under all conditions. Must be seen!

Compromis 34 Class "Marijke", built in 1999 by Zaadnoordijk Yachtbuilders BV in Uitgeest - Holland, designed by Frans Maas, hull number 18/34-99.
Dim: Loa 10.30 m (Lwl 8.30 m) x 3.47 m x 1.50 m.
GRP hull, deck and superstructure, anti-slip on deck, teak on cockpit benches and cockpit floor.
Round bilged hull, fin keel.
Gebo portlights and deck hatches: hardened glass in aluminium framing, one extra porthlight in pantry.
Displacement: approx. 5.5 tonnes, ballast: 2.2 tonnes (cast iron).
Fuel tank: 100 litres (stainless steel tank) + level indicator.
Fresh water capacity: 200 litres + level indicator
Sump tank: 60 litres with deck connection + level indicator.
Mechanical wheel steering, wheel covered with leather, emergency tiller.


Classic teak interior, saloon + front and aft cabin, 4 (+1) berths, headroom saloon: approx. 1.90 m,
Hot water through 22 litres boiler (runs on engine/220V), electric and manual water pressure system, Trumatic E4000 gas heating - unit replaced in June 2008.
Cosy saloon with L-shaped settee on port side, a bench on starboard side, folding table between.
Galley with double stainless steel sink, Coolmatic cool box with Danfoss element and a three burner gas stove with oven, gas locker outside with space for two gas bottles.
