"Xenia" is ready for extended cruising, easily handled alone or just for two with her full stowaway rig. Highly recommended to all who want to own an excellent cruising yacht. Most of the navigation equipment replaced in 2005!

Hallberg Rassy 38, " Xenia", built in 1982 by Hallberg Rassy Varv in Sweden, hull number 145, dim.: 11.57 m (Lwl 9.50 m) x 3.48 m x 1.75 m, head way: 15.75 m, design by Olle Enderlein, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak on superstructure and deck, teak deck renovated in winter '98/'99, hardened glass windows, S-shaped hull, long keel, displacement: 8.5 tonnes, ballast: 3.7 tonnes (iron), fuel tank: 1x 150 litres + one spare tank with approx. 130 litres, fresh water tank: 600 litres, sump tank: approx. 45 litres (toilet), mechanical wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Classic mahogany interior, saloon + two cabins, 5 (+2) berths, Alcantara upholstery recent replaced, bathroom with wash bowl, shower and manual toilet (in waste tank or just outside), hot water system through boiler (runs on the engine), electrical water pressure system, galley with double sink s/s, Coolmatic fridge '90, a three burner gas stove with oven '93 and crockery.
Volvo Penta MD21B 4 cylinder 75 hp diesel engine - overhauled in 1991, engine checked in 2004, approx. 3.140 engine hours, Morse engine control, intercooling system, cruising speed: approx. 7 knots, three bladed propeller, propeller shaft stainless steel, manual bilge pump, 12v/220v electrical system, 4x 100 Ah.. batteries (2005), shore power, battery charger.
Sestrel compass, Furuno GP 32 GPS 2005, Garmin 45 GPS, Furuno LS 4100 echosounder 2005, Nasa depthsounder 2005, VDO sumlog, Navicom VHF RT450DSC, Sailtron RT80 VHF, antenna for VHF, Raymarine SL72 radar (2005), Grundig satellite world receiver, radar reflector, Autohelm 3000 autopilot, Navman wind set, Roadstal colour T.V, Sony radio/ CD-player with speakers.
Sprayhood '98, cockpit cover, winter cover over complete yacht, BFA 4 persons life raft in container of 1983 - last inspection 2003, Zodiac tender with Mariner 2 hp out board, electrical windlass, 40 m chain, CQR 45 Lbs. anchor + two spare anchors, boarding ladder stainless steel, deck shower, two wired sea railing, clock and barometer.
Sloop rigged, aluminium mast, cutter stay (removable), fittings stainless steel, full stoway rig, stoway main sail '94/'95 - handled from cockpit, furling genoa, jib, storm jib and spinnaker, sail cover, talie boomvang, Lewmar 44ST three-speed winches, isolated backstay, backstay adjuster, spi pole.
