Hallberg Rassy 38, " Xenia", built in 1982 by Hallberg Rassy Varv in Sweden, hull number 145, dim.: 11.57 m (Lwl 9.50 m) x 3.48 m x 1.75 m, head way: 15.75 m, design by Olle Enderlein, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak on superstructure and deck, teak deck renovated in winter '98/'99, hardened glass windows, S-shaped hull, long keel, displacement: 8.5 tonnes, ballast: 3.7 tonnes (iron), fuel tank: 1x 150 litres + one spare tank with approx. 130 litres, fresh water tank: 600 litres, sump tank: approx. 45 litres (toilet), mechanical wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Classic mahogany interior, saloon + two cabins, 5 (+2) berths, Alcantara upholstery recent replaced, bathroom with wash bowl, shower and manual toilet (in waste tank or just outside), hot water system through boiler (runs on the engine), electrical water pressure system, galley with double sink s/s, Coolmatic fridge '90, a three burner gas stove with oven '93 and crockery.
Volvo Penta MD21B 4 cylinder 75 hp diesel engine - overhauled in 1991, engine checked in 2004, approx. 3.140 engine hours, Morse engine control, intercooling system, cruising speed: approx. 7 knots, three bladed propeller, propeller shaft stainless steel, manual bilge pump, 12v/220v electrical system, 4x 100 Ah.. batteries (2005), shore power, battery charger.
