Banjer 37 Motorsailer is a handsome g.r.p. ketch rigged pilothouse motorsailer, modelled on the lines of a North Sea trawler, with a distinct emphasis on the motoring side of her job. Banjer 37 was designed by the Dutchman Dick Lefeber and built from 1968 by Intermarine N.V. of Holland at Eista Werf. The Dutch Eista Werf was the yard where many thousands of ships were build, during the years 1959-1981. The most well known of these ships were the Doerak, a sturdy motoryacht, and motorsailers Rogger, Banjer and Krammer. This Banjer 37 has been with the same family since new.

GRP motorsailer Banjer 37 AC Ketch, built in 1974 by Eista Werf / Polymarin, Netherlands, commissioned in 1975, dim.: 11.13 x 3.48 x 1.40 m, grp hull, deck, hardened glass windows in alum. framing, headway; 12.40 mtr, full bilged hull, full bilged keel, rudder in stock, displacement: 17 tonnes, ballast: 4 tonnes, fueltank: 2 x 600 ltrs (grp), freshwatertanks: 1000 ltrs (grp), hydraulic wheelsteering (with twin cilinders) in wheelhouse, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins, saloon and wheelhouse, 4(+4) berths, dinette, headroom: 2.00 mtr, Eberspeacher D7L ducted air heating, 1 x u.w.toilet and shower, galley: Eno two burner gasstove with oven, electr/manual waterpressure system, Kissmann 12v/220v frdige, geyser hot water system.
Perkins 4.236, 4 cylinder 71hp (52Kw) diesel engine, intercooling system, engine installed in 1975, consumption approx. 4 ltrs/hr, cruising speed approx. 7 knots, 1195 running hours, s.s. propellershaft, three bladed fixed propeller, 2 x manual heavy duty bilgepumps, 12v/220v electrical system, 2 x 225Amp batteries / 2 x 180amp batteries, shore power, Victron Pallas 50amp automatic batterycharger, Fein 650W generator.
Sestrel Mooore magnetic compass, Robertson echosounder, log and windset (close hauled + direction + speed), Shipmate RS7000 VHF, Sailor RT2048 VHF, Anrtisu radar (36nm), Robertson AP 200 autopilot with remote control and hydraulic drive unit, Leica GPS. Most of her instruments were renewed recently.
Life raft (To be serviced), davits, loudhailer, manual windlass, search light, s.s. searailing with side openings, s.s. davits, fenders, warps, windlass cover, horn, etc.
Ketch rigged, s.s. standing rigging, Heino Haase headsailfurling with stainless steel drum, 4 sails: main / mizzen / genoa / booster with squeezer, lazy jacks with integrated sailcovers, cover for genoa, mast lowering system, 2 x sheetwinches, halyardwinches.
