Regina af Vindö Yachts’ quality shipyard is right at the heart of the boat building industry Vindön, on northern Orust, Sweden. Vindö has a long tradition of qualtiy in craftsmanship, design and appreciation for tough offshore seaworhty cruisingyachts. This Vindö 65MS is quite rare to the market with her pilothouse/decksaloon. She has been kept in good condition throughout, dry stored all winters and in second ownership since 1985.

GRP sailingyacht Vindö 65MS "Berend Botje", built in 1979 by Vindö Yachts AB, Sweden, dim.: 11,60 (lwl 9,40) x 3,65 x 1,80 mtrs, design by John Lindblom, grp hull, mahogany superstructure (all new varnish 2006), teak decks, toughend glass windows in frames, full bilged keel, skeg hung rudder, displacement: 11 tonnes, ballast: 4,5 tonnes (lead), fueltank: 250 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 400 ltrs (s.s.), sumptank, Edson mechanical wheelsteering, in and outside, emergency tiller.

Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins, saloon with dinette and decksaloon/pilothouse, 4(+2) berths, headroom: approx. 1,95/2.00 mtrs, 1 x manual u.w.toilet, shower with drain, galley: electric waterpressure system (emergency footpump fitted), boiler hot water system (220v/engine), Eno three burner gasstove with oven, Danfoss 12v fridge (2005), crockery set by Vindö.

Volvo Penta MD22L 50 hp (37kW) diesel, installed in 1995, indirect coolingsystem, Volvo Penta mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, three bladed fixed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 6 knots, consumption approx. 4 ltr/hr, manual and electric bilgepumps, 12/220v electrical system, 4 x 105amp batteries (2002), 1 x 66amp start battery (2002), Victron Pallas 12v 50amp automatic batterycharger, shorepower.

Dodger-sprayhood, Plastimar 6 persons lifereaft (last inspected 2004), 2 x lifebuoy, manual windlass, CQR anchor with 25 mtrs chain, boardingladder, windshield-wiper, fenders, warps, some spare, tools, clock, barometer, radar reflector, cockpit-cushions, cockpit-table, charts, etc.
