GRP sailingyacht Adams 44 "Espiritu", built in 1989 by Warth & Downs, Australia, dim.: 13,40 x 3,70 x 1,20 / 2,70 mtr., nice centreboard-design by Adams Yacht Design in Sidney, GRP hull and superstructure, displacement 13 tonnes, ballast 5,2 tonnes (centreboard 500 kg), perspex windows, rounbilged hull with centreboard keel (manually winch operated), fresh watertank 450 ltrs (GRP), 2 x 250 ltrs fueltank (s.s.), mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller. Deck painted in 2004 and non-skid surfaces renewed in 2004.
Classic teak interior, 3 cabins and saloon, 5 (+3) berths, dinette, headroom 2,00 mtr., 1 guest aft cabin with single berth and ensuite toilet, 1 aftcabin with double berth, ownerscabin forward double berth and ensuite electric toilet and shower.
