Anmerkungen des Maklers
This yacht has proven her seaworthiness already. Present and still the first owner sailed with "De Amber" the waters around Scandinavian, France, England and the Channel Islands. The inner steering position in the semi-enclosed wheelhouse gives a good shelter with all-round visiblity. Main and mizzen of 2002.

GRP motorsailer Finnsailer 38 "De Amber", launchend in April 1979, built in 1976 by OY Fiskars AB in Turku - Finland, dim.: Loa 11,50 m (Lwl 9,90 m) x 3,54 m x 1,58 m, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, Perspex cockpit hatches, safety glass windows (one windows needs to be replaced), rond bilged hull, fin keel, displacement: 9 tonnes, fuel tank: 420 litres (s/s), fresh water tank: 200 litres (plastic), hydraulic wheel steering in- and outside, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, saloon + two cabins + pilot berth, 5 (+3) berths, headroom: approx. 1,90 m, marine head with wash bowl, shower and manual under water toilet, Webasto heating (defect), hot water through 40 litres boiler - runs on engine, electric water pressure system, galley with double sink s/s, fridge (defect), cool box 12V, Eno three burner gas stove with oven.
Perkins 4236M 72 hp diesel engine, bronze propeller, RPM gauge, oil-pressure gauge, temperature gauge, fuel gauge (defect) and ammeter, fire extinguisher 2 kg, electric and manual bilge pump, batteries of 1999: 1x Delphi start battery of 102 amp + 2x Vetus service batteries of 100 amp., Assaar 11 amp separate battery charger, Mobitronic.
Suunto compass, Plastimo compass, Nasa Marine Ltd echosounder, VDO log, Icom IC-M58 VHF with Atis, Furuno GPS GP-31, connection between VHF and GPS, Autohelm 3000 auto pilot, radio.
Cockpit cover, separate search light, Dunlop Yachtmaster 6 persons life raft (must be inspected), Avon tender, life jackets, Powermate electric windlass (defect), anchor with 40 m. anchor chain + 20 m rope, spare anchor with rope, boarding ladder, two wired sea railing, two wipers, fenders, barometer, spare parts, horn (defect).
Ketch rigged, Selden aluminium masts, fittings s/s, standing rig s/s, sails: Zwaan main and mizzen of '01, original genoa + jib + storm jib (storm jib hardly used) + spinnaker, sail covers, Barlow winches 2x 24 two speed + 2x 16 + 1x 16, spi pole.
