"Noordster" is built in 1939 by 't Ford in Amsterdam (De Vries Lentsch en van de Stadt) and designed by Arthur Killer. The complete yacht in- and outside painted/varnished in 2003/2004. S-haped hull with Thumble hole. Mitsubishi 3 cylinder 21 hp diesel engine of 1999.

De Vries Lentsch 42' sailing yacht "Noordster", built in 1939 by 't Fort in Amsterdam - Holland, dim.: 12,70 m (Lwl 8,70 m) x 2,70 m x 1,70 m, steel hull, aluminium deck, superstructure and cockpit, cockpit laid with teak, deck with anti-slip, design by Arthur tiller, complete yacht in- and outside painted/varnished in 2003/2004, glass windows in aluminium framing, S-shaped hull with Tumble hole, displacement: 8,2 tonnes, ballast: 3,75 tonnes (lead), fuel tank: 140 litres - steel in keel, small tank with 10 litres diesel for heating, fresh water tank: 75 litres - s/s in keel, tiller steering + emergency tiller. All seacocks replaced.

Classic mahogany interior, saloon + front cabin + two large pilot berths, 4 (+2), headroom running from 1,85 m till 1,70 m, Heatpol diesel heating, manual toilet, water pressure by footpump, galley with sink s/s and a two burner gas stove, gas bottle in gaslocker on the aft deck.

Mitsubishi 3 cylinder 21 hp diesel engine of 1999, Hurth mechanical gearbox, Vetus engine control system, intercooling, cruising speed approx. 6 knots, three bladed bronze propeller, propeller shaft s/s - water lubricated, fire extinguisher 3kg, manaul bronze bilge pump + electric bilge pump, electric circuit: 12v, batteries: 1x 65 amp. of '04 + 1x 85 amp. of '03, tachometer, ammeter, oil-pressure gauge in cockpit.

C&P compass, Navman echousounder + log of 2004, Uniden VHF with Atis, Magellan GPS, Philips SSB receiver, JVD stereo with CD-player and two 50W loudspeakers.

Sprayhood of 2004, Bisonyl cockpit cover, complete winter cover, teak in cockpit, CQR anchor 45 Lbs with chain and rope, Danforth spare anchor, boarding ladder.

Sloop - cutter rigged, Spruce two spreader wooden mast from approx. 1985 - varnished in 2003, Reckman furling system of 2004, sails: North main sail - 40m2 '01 + Haagoord Sails High Aspect 105% - 30 m2 '04, High Aspect cutter jib - 12m2 '98, De Vries Lemmer light weather genoa 150% of '93 (has to be changed fur the furling system), De Vries Lemmer storm jib - 6m2 '93, Ratsey & Lapthonk spinnaker - 120 m2, isolated backstay adjuster, spi pole.
