Doggersbank SY, "Tristan", hull built in 1977 by Woudenberg in Benedenleeuwen - Holland, dim.: Loa 12,80 m (Lod 11,10 m / Lwl 9,30 m) x 3,75 m x 1,50 m, design by Dick Boon - Vripack Yachting - Holland, steel hull, superstructure and deck, deck with anti-slip, canoe stern, portholes (bronze) with storm hatches, fixed sprayhood with hardened glass windows in aluminium frames, round bilged hull, long keel, displacement: approx. 10 tonnes, ballast: 3,5 tonnes (lead). fuel tanks: 2x 200 litres (steel), fresh water tank: 250 litres s/s, hydraulic wheel steering, emergency tiller used for wind vane.
Classic interior - white with mahogany trim, blue upholstery, saloon + front cabin, 3 (+2) berths, headroom: approx. 1,90 m, toilet room with wash bowl and manual under water toilet (2004), Rietpol diesel heating ('99), water pressure system by feet pump (fresh- and seawater), galley equipped with sink, separate cooling box with Danfoss compressor and an Eno two burner gas stove with oven ('00), gas pipes installed in '99.
Ford 2712E 74 hp diesel engine ('77), Westinghaus hydraulic gear box (1:1), Morse engine control '99, extra filter system, closed cooling system with dry outlet, consumption: approx. 4,5 litres per hour, cruising speed: approx. 6 knots, three-bladed fixed propeller, propeller shaft s/s (50 mm) - grease lubricated, three fire extinguishers (must be proved), smoke detector in engine room, two electric and two manual bilge pumps (one with automate in engine room), electric circuit: 12V/220V, Sonnenschein gel batteries: 1x 70 + 1x 200 amp., shore power with earth leakage breaker, Mastervolt battery charger (40 amp. - '99), Victron Sinus inverter 12V-220V - 300 Watt '00, Adverc battery management system, two solar panels.
Compass (must be compensated), B&G echosounder + log (combi read out), Sailor 2048 VHF with Atis, Furuno ST31 GPS '00, Aries wind vane (alu.), Autohelm ST4000 with integrated electrical compass, Pioneer stereo with CD-player '99 + Blaupunkt loudspeakers.
Fixed sprayhood, separate search light, hook up points in cockpit for life lines, manual windlass, 50 m. anchor chain, capstans on anchor winch, 65 lb. plough anchor, Danforth anchor, anchor locker s/s, sea railing massive s/s, boarding ladder, spare parts.
Ketch cutter rigged, Van de Neut aluminium masts, fittings s/s and aluminium, Furlex furling system '00, white set of sails: main sail + genoa + mizzen + boom jib + yankee + little yankee (must be prepared for rolling furling) + try sail + storm jib, older set of brown sails: main sail + genoa + mizzen + boom jib + halfwinder - the seams from the older set must be checked, sail covers '01, talie boomvang, winches: 2x Enkes ST in cockpit + 3x on main mast + 2x on mizzen mast, two aluminium spi poles.
