Traditional steel sailing yacht Lemsteraak "Zilveren Zwaan" (108 VA) , launched October 1990, dim.: 14.33 (lwl 12.37) x 4.17 x 0.90m., hull built by Eeltje Kuperus - De Boeier Makkum - Holland, interior built by Dörr Lemmer - Holland, design by A. Hoek, steel superstructure, teak laid on steel deck, hardened glass windows in copper framing, round bilged white hull, displacement approx. 23,2 tonnes, ballast approx. 1.5 tonnes, fuel tank: 280 litres (s/s), two fresh water tanks: total 650 litres (s/s), sump tank: 200 litres (s/s) with electrical cutter pump, mechanical wheel steering.

Beautiful classic cherry wood interior, maple wooden floor, saloon and three cabins, 6 berths, separate shower room with wash bowl and shower, separate toiletroom with wash bowl and a Blake Victorie manual toilet (in waste tank/just outside), Eberspächer hot air heating - recent, hot water system through geyser, electrical water pressure system, galley with sink (s/s), Isotherm refrigerator with small freeze compartment (recent), Force Ten four burner gas stove with oven and grill (s/s).

Steyr 144 VTI 155 hp diesel engine of 2001, hydraulic gearbox, intercooling, Max Prop folding propeller, oil bath greased propeller shaft s.s. with flexible mounting, fire extinguisher, gas detector with electrical gas valve, 12v/24v/220v, engine batteries: 2x 150 amp. + service batteries: 3x 600 amp., Westerbeke 4.5 Kva generator with soft start (starts automatically at low battery voltage) , Victron 24v/50 amp. automatically battery charger, Victron 24v/2000 W invertor, Victron 24v 12v/20 amp. invertor, fully equipped professional control panel.

Copper compass on pillar in cockpit, Echo 6 echosounder, Technautic wind set: speed/direction/close hauled (with gold plated meters), Sailor 2048 BV VHF with Atis, Sailor 2022 SSB receiver, Technautic autopilot, Philips MK4 AP navigator, Siemens telephone, Sony stereo with CD-player, Grundig television with video.
