GRP sailing yacht Fast Passage 39 "Tioga", built in 1979 by Philbrooks - Canada, design by William Garden, dim.: Loa 12,02 m (Lwl 10,20 m) x 3,51 m x 1,60 m, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, hardened glass windows in white PVC frames, clipper bow, canoe stern, low freeboard, modified-full encapsulated lead keel and a skeg-protected rudder under her rather shallow hull, (she's remarkably manoeuvrable even under sharply reduced sail), Royal blue hull, displacement: 12.6 tonnes, ballast: 3.4 tonnes (lead), fuel tank: approx.180 litres (alu.), fresh water tank: approx. 225 litres (alu.?), black water sump tank: 50 litres (plastic - injection moulded), cable wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Classic teak interior, saloon and two cabins, 4 (+2) berths, headroom: approx. 1.90m., saloon with long L-shaped settee on port side with TV/video unit and opposite to starboard a long settee. Deck prisms over both settees add additional cabin light. Diesel cabin heater: Arctic by Dickinson Marine + engine bus heater, hot water from 24 litre boiler heated by engine of AC shore power, accumulator tank, water maker: PowerSurvivor PUR 35. U-shaped galley with a Kenyon Marine Homestrand Model 640 gimballed 3 burner gas cooker with oven and grill, top opening 12V refrigerator (Danfloss) with freezer compartment, single bowl sink with fresh water, hot and cold, additional sea water pump. An opening skylight and large opening port over the stove offer natural lighting and ventilation. Dish lockers and pot storage are adjacent to the sink and stove. Forward cabin has a double berth. Aft Stateroom has a double berth: full headroom, walk around floor space, bureau, medicine cabinet, shelved locker, a double berth (over seven feet long) and opening ports. Immediate access to sailing & engine instruments, drive shaft and engine.

Perkins 4.108 Marine diesel engine 50 hp of 1980 (approx. 4.700 engine hours), Borg Warner 71C (10-17-008) Series Hydraulic, Max-Prop: 3-Blade Classic 16", dual Racor fuel filters and engine-mounted fuel filter, Vernalift wet exhaust system. Cutter rigged, anodized Spar powder-coated white aluminium mast, keel stepped mast with mast steps, Swage fittings, 316 stainless steel standing rigging of 2002, Schaefer roller furling on genoa and Harken on the stays. All lines operated from cockpit except main halyard, Forespar spinnaker pole with vertical stowage on mast, Lewmar traveller, adjustable backstay, running back stays. Slab-reefing mainsail best cruising quality with deep 3rd reefing point. North Sails: asymmetrical spinnaker with snuffer, gennaker, 130% genoa, full battened main sail, double boom-vang / preventer system running port and starboard, 10x Barient winches.
