"SHE IS LIKE NEW" only ca. 1400 NM on her log. GRP sailing yacht Bavaria 38 "Vena", built in 2003 by Bavaria Yachts GmbH in Germany, J&J design, dim. Loa 12,30 m (Lwl 10,25 m) x 3,87 m x 1,70 m, headway: 17,05 m, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, side deck and coach roof with anti-slide structure, teak on seat thwarts and cockpit floor. Plexiglas windows in aluminium framing, 6 hatches to open, round bilged white hull, fin keel, displacement: 7 tonnes, ballast: 2,1 tonnes (cast iron), fuel tank: 150 litres + fuel level indicator, fresh water tank (synthetic): 300 litres + water level indicator, holding tank: 50 litres (disposal via seacock). Cast iron keel in modern lateral profile, steering pedestal, steering wheel with leather cover, streamlined rudder with fore balance, rudder stock with self-adjusting pendulum bearings, emergency tiller.

Mahogany interior, saloon wit comfortable settee and luxuriously styled saloon table, sideboards with stowage space and lockers, two cabins, 4 (+2 in saloon) berths, Webasto hot air heating. Medion stereo with CD player, Teleview T.V.+ antenna. Marine head with easy-care synthetic surfaces, wash bowl, shower and a Jabsco manual pump toilet, electric pressure water pump with pump filter, hot water through boiler (runs on 230V/engine). Galley with two burner cooker and oven, half cardanic, insulated cooling box (electric), freezer, sink of stainless steel, stowage with drawers and drop doors, stowage for dishes, pots and waste bucket.

Volvo Penta MD2030 3 cylinder 29hp (21kW) diesel engine with Sail drive, approx. 140 engine hours, Volvo Penta gearbox, dual circuit cooling, engine hours counter, Rev-counter, diesel + sea water filter, electric and manual bilge pump. Generator, electric circuit: 12V/230V, boat's power supply switch board and automatic fuses with control lamps, batteries: 1x 55 Ah + 1x 120 Ah, Mobitronic 15 amp. battery charger, Profitec 1000W inverter, shore power, 230 V-socket at switch board, galley and marine head and aft, Volt meter, 3x fire extinguishers.

Plastimo compass, Raymarine ST60 Tridata: log and echo sounder, Raymarine ST4000+ autopilot, Leica APMK20 chart plotter, Furuno VHF (Atis?), chart table with large compartment for nautical charts and navigation instruments, chart table seat with stowage for tools, navigation lights, deck light.

Sprayhood, cockpit cover, self draining anchor locker, anchor winch, anchor + chain, two lockers seats in cockpit, self-draining gas cylinder container, cock pit shower (hot + cold water), boarding ladder stainless steel, two wired sea railing, deck vent.

Conventional rig, Seldén aluminium mast, Furlex 200S headsail furling system, mainsail (33m2) and genoa (45m2), 2x Harken ST 40 two-speed working winches, 2x Harken ST 40 two-speed genoa winches, tensioners and lines led to the cockpit.
