Anmerkungen des Maklers
This vessel has been upgraded by her still second owner. "Haarlem Suffle" is perfectly well equipped for long passages, complete with a engine of 2002, generator, bow thruster and a couple of recent sails. Her owner did make some beautiful European trips with her and she's now waiting to discover new places again. Very suitable to live on board.

GRP sailing yacht, Wauquiez Amphitrite MS45 "Haarlem Shuffle", built in 1989 by Wauquiez in France, hull number: 006, not registerd in shipsregistry, dim.: Loa 13,60 m (Lwl 10,50 m) x 4,20 m x 1,92 m, headway: approx. 19 m, design by Holman & Pey, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck, hull sanded and polished in 2005, off white round bilged hull with blue striping, Perspex windows in port holes ('05) and hardened glass windows in pilothouse ('05), displacement: approx.: 14,5 tonnes (unloaded), ballast: 4,7 tonnes (lead), fuel tank capacity: approx. 570 litres in one stainless steel tank, fresh water capacity: approx. 1.000 litres in two stainless steel tanks of 500 litres each, waste tank capacity: approx. 100 litres in two stainless steel tanks of 50 litres each (has to be renewed - easy access), mechanical wheel steering outside, inside steering through autopilot panel (with repeater outside), emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, pilothouse + two large cabins with own marine head and separate shower compartment + pilot berth aft, total 8 berths: 5+1 (+2 saloon), headroom: 2,00 m in pilothouse, front cabin, front head and galley.
