The Dehler 36CWS was for Dehler the next logical step in the development and innovation of their range. Fitted with the Central Winch System, this yacht is a joy to handle and to sail. With the touch of a button the sails can be set, trimmed and reefed. All halyards and sheets are led into the cockpit onto the central electric winch. Below decks her large U-shaped settee is ideal. Two large cabins provide for sleeping comfort. First owner.

Dehler 36 CWS "Phoenix", built in 1989 by Dehler Yachtbau GmbH in Germany, dim.: Loa 11,00 m (Lwl 9,00 m) x 3,50 m x 1,80 m, headway: approx. 17,50 m, design by Van de Stadt & Partners, built to German Lloyd's specifications, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, deck with anti-slip (with new paint 2005), Perpex windows in aluminium framing, round bilged hull, fin keel (up-side down), balanced spade rudder, displacement: 5,6 tonnes, ballast: 2,4 tonnes (cast iron), fuel tank (stainless steel): approx. 150 litres, fuel level indicator, fresh water tank (polystyrene): approx. 250 litres, water level indicator, waste tank with deck connection (by Dehler 2005, Whitlock pedestal, mechanical wheel steering (covered with leather), emergency tiller.

Nova interior with mahogany trim, saloon with U-shaped settee, front cabin with own wash bowl, aft cabin, 5 (+ 1 in saloon) berths, headroom saloon: approx. 1.87 m, toilet room with wash bowl, shower and a manual under water toilet (in waste tank / or just outside), Eberspächer D3L diesel heating overhauled in 2001, pressurised water system, hot water through boiler (runs on engine/220V), galley with double stainless steel sink, TEC fridge with small freeze compartment, Triton three burner gas stove with oven (stainless steel / cardanic nov. 2002), two gas bottles.
