Leave the marina and the Bavaria 37 instantly shows the active sailor that this is where she truly belongs. Fast and responsive, the 37 is a comfortable cruiser for any conditions. This well kept Bavaria is a practical sailing yacht with a pleasant saloon with a comfortable U-shaped settee and two opposite seats, a nice large owner's and one guest cabin. Bavaria 37 c2"Grouville"', launched May 2001, built in 2000 by Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH in Germany, dim.: Loa 11,55 m (Lwl 8,90 m) x 3,68 m x 1,85 m, height of mast above waterline: approx. 16,20 m, J&J design, CE: A.
GRP white hull, deck and superstructure, side deck and coach roof with anti-slide structure, teak on seat thwarts and cockpit floor, Perspex windows in aluminium framing; 6 side windows to open, two hatches, two extra portholes in hull.
Round bilged hull with cast iron fin keel in modern profile, streamlined rudder with fore balance, rudder stock with self adjusting pendulum bearings.
Displacement: approx. 5,36 tonnes, ballast: approx. 1,78 tonnes - cast iron.
Fuel tank: 150 litres (GRP tank), fuel level indicator, fresh water tank: 150 litres (GRP tank), water level indicator.
Sump tank of 30 litres (2011).
Whitlock wheel steering on pedestal, wheel covered with leather, emergency tiller.
Classic mahogany interior, saloon + two cabins, 4 (+2) berths, upholstery saloon: "Havanna blue", headway approx. 1,95 m.
