Beautifully crafted first class Scandiavian sailingyacht. As Najad has been building yachts for many years, they have built up a very good reputation. With their excellent designs, craftsmanship and detailing, their whole range is very much appreciated by the descerning yachtsman. This Najad 441 has a three cabin layout and is readily equipped for long distance cruising with (amongst other) a generator, watermaker, electric winches, electric furling, etc. Offered to the market by her first and only owner, carefully maintained, always dry and heated stored. Located in Sweden.

GRP sailingyacht Najad 441, built in 2000 by Najadvarvet AB, Sweden, dim.: 13,50 (lwl 11,55) x 3,99 x 1,80 mtr (shallow draft keel), design by Georg Nissen and Najadvarvet, built to CE Class A specifications, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teakdecks, hardened glass windows in s.s. framing, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced skeg hung rudder, displacement: approx. 14,5 tonnes, ballast: 6 tonnes (lead), fueltanks: 1 x 285 ltr / 1 x 390 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 460 ltrs (s.s.), sumptanks: 1 x 60 / 1 x 85 ltrs (s.s.), mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller. Outside a lot of attention to details has been given; extra opening portholes and windows in the transom, s.s. skylights, s.s. cleats/clamps, s.s. rubbingstrake, etc.
Classic handcrafted luxurious African mahogany interior, two double guestcabins and saloon, large ownerscabin aft with centreline double berth, sleeps 6(+1) berths, headroom: mtr, saloon with two armchairs on starboard side, 2 x u.w.toilet and showers (with drainpumps), Eberspaecher diesel ducted air heating with 6 outlets, galley: electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water system (40ltr 220v and engine), 24v fridge, 24v freezer (installed forward), microwave, two burner gasstove and oven, Najad crockery for 6-8 persons. A lot of extra effort was put into the interior; extra halogene lighting with dimmer, radio/cd player installed in ownerscabin aft, "bed-flex" under all special matresses for extra sleeping comfort.
