GRP sailing yacht, Bavaria 41 Exclusive "Ile Flotante", built in 1996 by Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH in Germany, dim.: Loa 12,75 m (Lwl 10,75 m) x 3,98 x 1,65 m, headway: approx. 18,00 m, built to German Lloyds, J&J Design. GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck, superstructure with ant-slip, hardened glass windows, round bilged hull, bulb keel, anti-fouling 2009. Streamlined rudder with fore balance, rudder stock with self-adjusting pendulum bearings, rudder has been treaded against osmosis. Steering pedestal with integrated single-lever engine control, mechanical wheel steering, stainless steel wheel with leather cover, emergency tiller. Displacement: approx. 7,9 tonnes, ballast: 2,8 tonnes. Fuel tank capacity: 180 litres (s.s. tank), fuel level indicator. Fresh water capacity: 2x 175 litres (polythylene tanks), water level indicator.

Classic mahogany interior, saloon + three cabins + two heads, 6 berths, headroom: approx. 2,00 m. Webasto hot air heating, electric water pressure system, boiler hot water system (runs on 220V/engine). Large owner’s cabin forward and two guest cabins aft. Saloon with comfortable settee and bench amidships with stowage compartments. Saloon table with compartment for bottles, sideboards with stowage space. Galley with double s.s. sinks, two burner gas stove with oven (half-cardanic / thermal saved), insulated stainless steel ice box with electrical refrigeration unit 12V, stowage with drawers and stowage drop door, stowage for dishes, pots and waste bucket. Two marine heads with easy-care synthetic surface, wash bowl, manual pump toilet. One head with shower and electric shower water-disposal pump with pump filter. Chart table with large compartment for nautical charts and navigation instruments. Chart table seat with stowage for tools, chart reading lamp, large book shelf. Stereo with CD player, TV antenna in mast (no TV available).

Volvo MD22 - 59 hp diesel engine, sail drive (seal replaced in 2006), inter cooling system, Three bladed fixed propeller - replaced in 2009, cruising speed: approx. 7 knots maximum speed: approx. 8 knots, consumption approx. 3,5 ltr/hr (cruising). Operating hour counter, Rev counter. Bilge pumps: 2x electric + 1x manual. Electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power, earth leakage breaker. Boat's power supply switch board. 12V + 220V socket at switch board. Voltmeter, ammeter. Batteries of 2006: 1x start of 88 amp. + 2x service of 160 amp. each. Sterling 20 amp automatic battery charger. Electric bow thruster.

Compass on pedestal, Raytheon Marine echo sounder / log and wind set, Shipmate VHF with Atis, Raytheon R-20XX radar, Raytheon auto pilot, Raytheon GPS, Raytheon 601XX chart plotter, Nasa navtex (screen).

Sprayhood, bimini with s.s. frame, cockpit table, cockpit cushions, winter cover over complete yacht. Pulpit and push pit of s.s., guard rail, Plastimo 6 persons life raft (last inspection 25-4-2005 - must be inspected), safety buoy, safety lines on deck, electric windlass (1000W), boarding ladder of s.s., bathing platform with teak, deck shower (hot/cold water). Self-draining gas cylinder container, two locker seats in cockpit. Clock and barometer, radar reflector.

Sloop rigged, Selden double spreader aluminium stoway mast, Selden headsail furling system. Elvstrom furling main sail (39,5m2), Rolitasker furling genoa (45 m2), De Vries spinnaker (120 m2), spi pole. Harken winches: 2x two speed self-tailing working winches + 2x two speed self-tailing genoa winches. Tensioners and lines led to the cockpit.
