Broker's comments
Providing performance under sail, beautiful accommodations and good woodwork joinery, ''Ile Flotante'' has it all. Second owner since 1998, she is in a good condition throughout, has an extensive inventory list and not surprisingly is very easy handle under sail and maneuvering at close quarters.
