This Princess 470 is in well maintained condition. Boat has never run for Charter and only been privately used. The boat has been taken out of the water every year to make a new antifouling treatment. Berth is also available. Viewing highly recommended.

Accommodation for 4 in 2 double cabins + 2 in saloon. Dinette for 6/7 persons. 2 WC/showerrooms. Fully equipped galley with 4 pit stove with oven, fridge, deep freezer, microwave. Washing machine and dryer.

2x 430 hp Volvo Tamd 72 engines (560 running hours each - May 2008) with new electronic Throttles. Trim tabs. Top speed: 23 kts. Westerbeke 6 kW Generator. Bilge pumps. Batteries: 4x 12v/100 amps service batteries - 1x generator starting. Newmar HDM 200 24V/80 A battery charger. Fuel capacity: 2000 l. in 2 steel tanks. Water: 750 l. in 2 steel tanks. Sump tank: 500 l. Victron inverter. Fire fighting system.

2x Plastimo offshorer 105 magnetic compass. Autohelm Navcenter, GPS/Chart Plotter. Autohelm ST 7000 Autopilot (new), Autohelm echosounder, Autohelm Speedo/log. Shipmate VHF. Raytheon R41X radar.

Air conditioning: Marine Air, 2x separate units: 1x 10000 BTU in forward cabin and 1x 12000 BTU in machinery. Eberspächer 8000 W diesel cabin heater. (to be serviced!) Cockpit cover, winter cover.
