This Princess 470 is in well maintained condition. Boat has never run for Charter and only been privately used. The boat has been taken out of the water every year to make a new antifouling treatment. Berth is also available. Viewing highly recommended.

Air conditioning: Marine Air, 2x separate units: 1x 10000 BTU in forward cabin and 1x 12000 BTU in machinery. Eberspächer 8000 W diesel cabin heater. (to be serviced!) Cockpit cover, winter cover.
