The Nauticat 44 is a timeless cruiser built by the reknowned Silatala Shipyard in Finland. It comes from the rough nordics and is built for the rough nordics. Margaretha J III offers lots of space and practical arrangements. Her building quality is above any doubt and her condition is well maintained in every detail. The Nauticat 44 is a moderate-weight masthead ketch sailboat, a good performer and has excellent righting capacities. The wide and open aft deck sitting area and outside helm position give you an excellent view in all directions. From the salon and inside helm position, you will find the master in-suite cabin aft, and the galley with cozy U-shaped dining area forward, together with the 2 guest cabins and bathroom. BOREAS CUARTO has been well maintained. The interior is very well-kept and does not show her actual age. Machinery, systems and rigging are maintained on a regular basis.
