With two steering positions, both fully equipped for navigation, one outside at the aft deck with great views and easy access to all, and with an additional great, sheltered, roomy wheel house. Her teak interior is very spacious; however, still generating a warm and cosy atmosphere due to the use of highest quality joinery.

The Nauticat 44 is a moderate-weight masthead ketch sailboat, a good performer and has excellent righting capacities. The wide and open aft deck sitting area and outside helm position give you an excellent view in all directions. From the salon and inside helm position, you will find the master in-suite cabin aft, and the galley with cozy U-shaped dining area forward, together with the 2 guest cabins and bathroom. BOREAS CUARTO has been well maintained. The interior is very well-kept and does not show her actual age. Machinery, systems and rigging are maintained on a regular basis.
