Swan 43 is a true classic S/Y. The boat is strong structured & in many ways ideal for long range ocean sailing. She features a TRIM TAB at the trailing edge of the keel to enhance the lift characteristics of the keel & thus improve windward ability. A similar boat carried E.N.Smith to the North Pole in 1976 & earned for him the Blue water medal awarded by the Cruising Club of America. A head turner in every harbor she appears all over the world.
