De Valk offers dream chance

De Valk International has announced its new central listing for the sale of the partly finished 46-metre displacement motoryacht from the Aarhus Shipyard in Denmark. Shipyard Aarhus had already completed a significant amount of work on this project called 'Dream'. The asking price is 2.9 million euros.

“This represents an excellent opportunity for a discerning owner to save money and time on building a new yacht," says Derk Jan Rolff, the broker responsible for this project at De Valk International.

"The steel hull and aluminium superstructure are completely finished with the exception of the sundeck roof. All primer coating work has been completed. Lloyd's has confirmed that Dream meets the below 500 GT classification."

Characterised by a contemporary elegance from the drawing boards of naval architects Setzer and further detailing by the Dutch agency Diana Yacht Design, this first-class superyacht can be completed by its new owners to their very own specifications. The interior layout can be adapted to any requirements and taste, and the interior look & feel designed accordingly.

"The steel hull is offered as is, where is," adds Derk Jan Rolff. "Potential buyers are welcome to visit the office in Copenhagen to see all designs and technical plans and/or to go to Aarhus to view the vessel. We have made enquiries with various well-respected shipyards in Holland to continue the build at short notice. It is possible to provide a client with a finished yacht within 12 months of obtaining the order. De Valk can support a buyer with its dedicated yacht management team to finish this process”.
