Endurance sold

De Valk Hindeloopen, a member of the De Valk International brokerage group, has sold the long-range motoryacht Endurance. This infused-composite vessel was launched in 2003 by Northern Marine in Anacortes, USA, and is part of the flagship line of the yard’s expedition series. Her new owner is currently cruising to Europe via Cape Horn.

When a Dutch client asked De Valk to find a long-range motoryacht that would be easy to sail shorthanded, senior broker Hans Visser from De Valk Hindeloopen knew where to look. “The Seattle region is renowned for this type of yacht and we soon located the ideal boat. Despite being four years old at the time, Endurance was in such good condition that she won the best interior award at the 2007 San Diego boat show.

“She also lives up to her name with a 4000-mile range and a spacious and functional interior arrangement. After a fast and efficient sale, Endurance is now opening up a world of bluewater sailing for her new owner.”
