General
Aluminium sailingyacht Concord 47, built in 1999/2001 by Alumarine BV, The Netherlands, dim.: 14,45 (lwl 11,75) x 4,36 x 2,15 mtr, design by Dick Koopmans Jr & Busman, headway above waterline: 23 mtrs, aluminum hull (Almg 5,4mn H321 seawater resistant), deck and superstructure, teak on aluminium deck, Lewmar deckhatches, Navy-blue roundbilged hull (painted 2012), fin keel and skeg hung rudder, displacement approx. 13,8 tonnes, ballast approx 5.3 tonnes (lead ballast fin keel with bulb), fueltank: 560 ltrs (in two intergrated aluminium tanks), freshwater tanks: aprox. 650 ltrs (in two hull integrated aluminium tanks, sumptank: 2 x (80+120 ltrs), Whitlock Cobra mechanical wheelsteering with emergency tiller.
Hand crafted Cherry wood interior, 2 cabins and decksalon and dinette below decks with two comfortable chairs, 4(+2) berths, headroom: 2,10 mtrs. Ownerscabin forward with centreline double berth and ensuite washbasin, electric toilet and seperate shower. Guest cabin aft with double berth. In decksalon on portside an opposing settee is situated. On starboardside the navigation area and extra uwtoilet and washbasin.
Galley with electric waterpressure system, 60 ltr hot water boiler (engine/220v), Force 10 three burner gasstove with oven, Frigoboat 12v fridge, Frigoboat 12v freezer, extractor.
Webasto central heating system (hull is insulated with fire-retardent polyurethane foam)
Nanni 5280 HETDI 85 hp (62kW) diesel, installed in 2000, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox with stainless steel propshaft and Maxprop three bladed feathering propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 7,5 knots, consumption approx. 5 ltr/hr, manual and electric bilgepumps, 24/220 volt electrical system, 4 x 200 amp service batteries (2006), 1 x 80 amp start battery, extra alternator on main engine, shorepower, Mastervolt 75amp automatic batterycharger, Mastervolt 2500 watt invertor, Mastervolt Whisper 3,5kW diesel generator in soundproofing box (1800 runninghours), Maxprop retractable bowthruster.

Solarpanels, Bimini and sunawning, searchlight, Epirb, Autoflug 6 persons liferaft (new 2006), lifelines on deck, Lewmar electric anchorwinch, 75 mtrs chain+ nylon-line (65 mtr. 16 mm), sufficient extra groundtackle, boaringladder on fold-away bathingplatform, deckshower, deckwash, fenders, warps, cockpit table and cushions, fire extinguisher, radar reflector.
