General
GRP sailing yacht Beneteau First 41s5 "Oeverloos", built in 1989 by Beneteau France, built to Bureau Veritas specifications, design by Jean Berret. Dim: Loa 12,60 m (Lwl 10,25 m) x 3,90 m x 2,00 m, headway: approx. 16,00 m. GRP hull (light grey), deck and superstructure, teak slatted cockpit seats, teak grating in cockpit, Perspex windows in aluminium framing, round bilged hull, fin keel with bulb, balanced spade rudder. Displacement: approx. 7,4 tonnes, ballast: 2,4 tonnes (lead/cast iron), fuel tank: 120 litres (stainless steel, fresh water tanks: 600 litres in three tank units (polythene). Goiot mechanical wheel steering.

Classic mahogany interior with modern design features by Ph.Starck, saloon and three cabins, 6(+3) berths, headroom: approx. 1,95 m, Volvo Flygmotor a.s. ducted air heating (must be checked). Electric water pressure system, foot pump, boiler hot water system (runs on engine/220v). Front cabin with double berth, lockers alongside the hull, hanging locker, wash bowl. Front head with white GRP liner, marine under water toilet, shower and hanging locker. Cosy saloon with two settees; one U-shaped, lockers alongside the hull. Gally with two stainless steel sinks, Optimus three burner gas stove with oven, 12v Frigoboat fridge. Twin aft cabins with each a double berth, locker, hanging locker and wash bowl. One separate toilet aft.

Perkins M50 - 50 hp (36kW) diesel engine - installed in 1989, approx. 1.960 running hours, indirect cooling system, Hurth mechanical gearbox, propeller shaft of stainless steel- water greased, folding propeller, cruising speed: approx. 7 knots, consumption: approx. 4 litres per hour, manual/electric bilge pumps, electrical system: 12/220v, batteries: 3x 120 amp, shore power, earth leakage breaker, automatic battery charger, inverter, Mastervolt switchboard with battery monitor (battery monitor must be checked).

Plastimo Horizon 130 compass on pedestal, Raymarine ST60 log and echo sounder - all of 2003, Standard Horizon GX 1500 E VHF (no Atis) - must be checked, Furuno 1621 radar - must be checked, Raymarine ST6002 auto pilot, Garmin 152 GPS of 2004 - must be checked, Navman Tracker 5505, Pioneer radio/CD player.

Sprayhood, RFD 4 persons life raft (new 2002 - must be inspected), boarding ladder, opening bathing platform on transom, Goiot manual windlass of 2004 (must be checked), CQR anchor with 50 m chain of 2004, deck shower (hot/cold water), fenders, etc.

Sloop-rigged, Francespar aluminium double spreader mast with Rod-rigging, aluminium boom, Plastimo headsail furler, four sails: full batten main / furling genoa / jib / spinnaker with squeezer, removable inner-forestay, cover for main type "Lazy-Bag" (2004), slab reefing for main, tackle boom vang, tackle backstay adjuster. Lewmar winches: 2x 52CST sheet winches, 2x 40C sheet winches, 2x 40CST halyard winches. Spi-pole stowed at mast. Halyards and reefing lines led to the cockpit.
