GRP motoryacht Princess 440, built in 1997 by Marine Projects Ltd, England, dim.: 14,44 x 4,22 x 1,02 mtrs, headway: 4,50 mtr, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teak in cockpit, toughened glass windows in aluminium frames, hard-chine hull for easy planing and soft-ride, displacement: 12,5 tonnes, fueltanks: 2 x 700 ltrs (alloy), freshwatertank: 486 ltrs (alloy), sumptank: yes with deck extraction and mascerator pump, Seastar hydraulic wheel steering in and outside on the flybridge. Helmsamn seats inside can be lowered/raised for optimum seat position.
Cherry wooden interior with modern accents, three cabin layout; ownerscabin forward with centreline double berth, two guestcabins with 2 x single berth. Sleeps 6 in total. Ensuite toilet, washbasins and shower for ownerscabin and guestcabins. Headroom 2,00 mtrs, Eberspaecher D8L ducted hot air heating.
Galley: electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system (engine/220v), Neff 4 burner stove (2 x gas + 2 x electric), frontloading fridge in galley, frontloading freezer in storageroom, Panasonic combi microwave and oven.
Saloon: leather upholstery, U-shaped dinette with opposite two seat settee, small fridge in cabinet and large sliding door access to the cockpit.
