GRP sailingyacht Tempo 27, built in 2000 by Promocap Oy, Finland, dim.: 8.60 (lwl 7.30) x 2.80 x 1.50 mtr, design by Jussi Mannerberg, built to Cat. B CE norm specifications, grp sandwich Balsa/foam unidirectional E-glass hull, deck and superstructure, perspex windows, roundbilged hull, bulbkeel, carbon fibre rudder, displacement: 2.3 tonnes, ballast: 970 kg (lead), fueltank: 25 ltrs (polytheen), freshwatertank: 100 ltrs (s.s.), sumptank: 30 ltrs (plastic), tillersteering.

Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon (for and aft berths are open to saloon), 4(+1) berths, headroom 1.75 mtr, 1 x u.w.toilet, galley: manual waterpressure system, Eno two burner gasstove with oven.

Yanmar 1GM10 9 hp (7,4kW) diesel, installed in 2000, direct coolingsystem, Yanmar Saildrive, two bladed folding propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 5 kn, consumption approx. 1,5 ltr/hr, manual bilgepump, 12v/220v electrical installation, 2 batteries, 10amp automatic batterycharger, shorepower.

Simrad log, echosounder and windset, Simrad 8300 DSC VHF (with Atis), handheld GPS.
