Widely popular family cruising yacht with nice design features and performance. This Elan 34 has a "Dutch version" interior with exta open cupboards and a better saloon layout without the coolbox in the middle, creating a more open atmosphere and easy access. Furthermore a heavier than standard engine and engine mounting. Easier for manouvering and creating the extra "umpf" when you need it. First and only owner.

GRP sailingyacht Elan 34 "Egelantier", built in 1995 by Elan Marine, Slovenia, dim.: 10,40 (lwl 7,90) x 3,30 x 1,80 mtr, design by J&J Design, headway: 15,5 mtrs, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teakdeck, new teak in cockpit area, windows in aluminium framing, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 4,1 tonnes, ballast: 1,45 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 65 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 2 x 70 ltrs (one tank could be hooked up as a sumptank, all prepared), mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headroom: 1,84 mtr, 1 x u.w.toilet and shower, galley: electric waterpressure system, three burner gasstove with oven, 12v fridge. The aftcabin of the Elan 34 is very large, even compared to contemporary 36 footers.
Yanmar 3GM30 27 hp (20kW) diesel, installed in 1995, approx. 1000 runninghours, direct coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, two bladed fixed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 6 knots, consumption approx. 2,5 ltr/hr, manual bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, 2 x 55amp service batteries (2004) / 1 x 55amp start battery, shorepower, Mastervolt 15amp automatic batterycharger.
Compass, Brookes & Gatehouse log, echosounder and windset (direction defect), Shipmate RS8300 VHF (with Atis), Shipmate RS5700 GPS, Autohelm ST4000 autopilot, ICS Nav4 navtex receiver (printer), Pioneer radio/cd player.
