This very nice Skye 51 by Kaufmann & Ladd is an ideal long distance cruising yacht with a reliable and safe sea keeping character. Below decks the stunning woodwork in Birma teak is timeless and well preserved. Her ketch-rigging with stoway sails are set-up so this yacht with ease, comfort and speed. She is a well-balanced yacht, self-sufficient and has proven herself on numerous occasions.

GRP sailingyacht Skye 51 "Anneloek", built in 1983 by Moa Ta Shipyard, Taiwan, dim.: 15,30 (lwl 13,08) x 4,32 x 2,13 mtrs, design by Rob Ladd & Mike Kaufmann, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teak decks (need overhaul or replacement), headway: 21 mtrs, roundbilged hull with fin keel and skeg hung rudder, displacement approx. 19 tonnes, ballast: 7 tonnes (lead), fueltanks: total 683 ltrs (stainless steel), freshwatertanks: total 640 ltrs (stainless steel), sumptank: 580 ltrs (stainless steel with deck extraction), Edson mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.

Classic Birma teak handcrafted interior, spacious and comfortable U-shaped settee on starboardside with opposite a settee. There is ample seating for all as well as an abundance of stowage space and lockers, headroom at 1,90-1,95 mtr. Forward two guestcabins (cabin with V-berths forward and cabin double berth with single berth on top) with toilet and shower. Ownerscabin aft with double berth to port with ensuite toilet and seperate shower. She sleeps a total of 7 persons (if needed up to 10). Galley fully equipped stainless steel sinks and fold-down worktops, electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system (220v/engine), Frigoboat fridge, Force-10 (4 burner) gas stove with oven.

Perkins 4.236M 78 hp (57kW) diesel, installed in 1983, indirect cooling system, Walter V-drive gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, three bladed Gori feathering propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 7 knots, consumption approx. 5 ltr/hr, 3 x electric bilgepump, manual bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, shorepower, Victron 12-220v (1500 watt) inverter, Victron Mains Manager model 5, Orion 30amp automatic batterycharger, 2 x 180amp start / 460amp service / 2 x 180amp bowthurster batteries, Fisher Panda 3,5 kW diesel generator in sound proofing box (approx. 400 runninghours), Kalkman 16 hp/24v electric bowthruster.

Danforth pedestal compass, VDO log, echosounder and windset (with close-hauled indicator), Shipmate RS8100 VHF (no Atis), Philips MK9 GPS-D with Navman navdata repeater, Furuno 1830 radar combined chartplotter Furuno RP110, Navtec weatherfax, Neco 692 autopilot, Kenwood radio/cd player. Pacific RR combined antenna.

Sprayhood, Bimini top, RFD 6 persons liferaft (new 2001), electric windlass, 40 kg CQR anchor with 60 mtr chain, Fortress anchor with 50 m. ledline, BP Solarpanel 36 W, fenders, warps, boardingladder, hot/cold deckshower, cockpit cushions, fire extinguishers, lifejackets, lifelines, full kit with spares for engine, shackles, etc.

Ketch-rigged, black anodised Reckmann masts with s.s.standing rigging, Profurl genoa furler (1993), Profurl stoway-systems for main and mizzen (1993), 4 sails: furling stoway main / furling stoway mizzen / furling genoa / furling jib, 4 x Lewmar primary sheetwinches, 4 x Barient halyard winches, spi-pole, jockey-pole. With her powerfull ketch-rig with stoway sails she is easily handled under any condition. The sails are operated from her safe cockpit.
