Steel motoryacht Zaankotter 12.60 "Adriana", built in 1993-94 by De Zaan Jachtbouw, Zaandam, The Netherlands, dim.: 12,60 x 4,08 x 1,25 mtrs, headway 2,50 mtrs (all lowered), steel roundbilged hull, full bilged keel, steel decks and superstructures, teakdecks, thermopane double glazed windows, in and outside steering position, displacement approx. 19 tonnes, fueltanks: 2 x 600 ltrs, freshwatertanks: 2 x 500 ltrs, sumptank 200 ltrs, Hynautic hydraulic wheelsteering.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon/wheelhouse,headroom approx. 1,90 mtrs, ownerscabin situated aft (done in light Ash wood) with large centreline double berth and ensuite head, washbasin and seperate shower. Forward an open styled guestcabin. Galley with double stainless steel sinks, opposite the dinette, frontloading fridge, 4 burner electric stove, microwave oven.
1 x Ford Sabre 105 hp (77kW) diesel, installed in 1993, indirect coolingsystem, PRM hydraulic gearbox, propellershaft with water lubrication and four bladed fixed pitch propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 8 knots, consumption approx. 6 ltr/hr, bilgepump, 24/220v electrical system, 24v/100amp batterybank, 24v/120amp batterybank, shorepower, Victron 24v/35amp automatic batterycharger, 5kW Onan diesel generator, Cupa 9hp electric bowthruster.
