Very sturdy built Dutch offshore sailing yacht by Van der Rest, Netherlands. Still in first ownership, this 1050AK has been kept in nice condition throughout with lots of recent renewals and improvements. Flush decks for easy access and maximum interior space. Good owners cabin forward, stowage space and headroom.

GRP sailingyacht Piewiet 1050AK "Lady 't Zwin", built in 1977 by Van der Rest Nautic, Netherlands, dim.: 10,90 (lwl 9,20) x 3,47 x 1,70 mtr., headway apprx. 15 mtr, design by H.F. van der Rest, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teakdeck new 1994, opening deckhatches (new windows 2004), teak rubbing strake with s.s. strip, classic roundbilged hull, fin keel, skeg hung rudder, displacement: 5,5 tonnes, ballast: 2,3 tonnes (encapsulated lead), fueltank: 120 ltrs (stainless steel 2005), freshwatertank: 1 x 100 ltrs / 1 x 25 ltrs (stainless steel), tiller steering.

Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins and saloon, ownerscabin with double berth forward, aftcabin with single berth aft, dinette with opposite chairs, headroom: 1,90 mtrs, AGA central heating system (with spare burner unit), 1 x uw.toilet and washbasin, galley; footpump waterpressure system, two burner gasstove, 12v coolbox. New upholstery in 2007, new floorboards and carpet 2005.

Volvo Penta 2003 28 hp (21kW) diesel, installed in 1994, approx. 1500 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, Volvo Penta Saildrive (1994, seal replaced 2001), Maxprop two bladed feathering prop (spare fixed pitch prop), cruisingspeed apprx. 6 knots, consumption approx. 1,5 ltr/hr, manual bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, 2 x 102amp start batteries, Victron automatic batterycharger, shorepower, some engine spares.

Sestrel compass, Raytheon ST60 log, windset and echosounder (2000), VDO Sumlog, Debeg 6410 VHF (25watt) and emergency vhf antenna, Lokata receiver, Raytheon ST4000+ autopilot with heavy duty drive (2000).

Sprayhood with s.s. grip-bar, lifelines on deck, manual windlass, CQR anchor with 35mtr chain, boardingladder, s.s. antenna-pole on stern, spraysails, fenders, warps, safety clips in cockpit for safety harnes', etc. Unterwaterbody coated in 2005 with 7 layers of Int. Primacon barrier coat, hull Awlgrip painted in 1998.

Sloop-rigged, Van de Neut aluminium mast, s.s. standing rigging, isolated backstay, Harken genoa furler (1998), 6 sails: main (Lion Sails 2003) with Lazy Jacks / furling genoa I (130% Lion Sails 2004) / furling genoa II with uv-strip (110% Lion Sails 2006) / jib III (70%) / a-symmetric spinnaker with squeezer (Lion Sails 2007) / storm jib (not suited for genoa furler), covers for main and genoa (2007), slabreefing for main, mechanical Proctor boomvang, mechanical backstay adjuster, 2 x Harken ST sheetwinches, 2 x Enkes ST sheetwinches, 2 x Enkes halyardwinches, spi-pole.
