Composite sailing yacht Northern Comfort 43, built in 2007 by Schröder Jachtbouw, dim.: 13,39 (11,00) x 4,20 x 1,20/2.40 m, design by Dick Zaal, composite hull, deck and superstructure, round bilged hull, bulb lifting keel, displacement: 9,6 ton, ballast: 4 ton (lead keel), fuel tank 200 liters (steel), freshwater tank 2x 100 liters.

Classic cherry wood interior, 3 cabins and saloon, owners cabin forward with double bed, two double guest cabins aft, manual toilet, 1 x shower, Webasto diesel ducted hot air heating, headroom 1,97 meters, galley: double sink, electric water pressure system, boiler hot water (engine/220v), Three burner gas stove with oven, Waeco 12v fridge.

Lombardini 60hp (44kw) diesel, installed in 2008, approx. 97 running hours, indirect cooling system, sail drive with three bladed folding propeller, cruising speed approx. 7 knots, 2x electric/ 1x manual bilge pump, 12/220v electrical system, three batteries, shore power, Sterling 1250 battery charger and Sterling 1800/2600 inverter .
