Specifications: WILLIAM FIFE 12 METRE CLASS

General
Designed and built by William Fife III for Andrew Coats, of a well-known family of Scottish yachtsmen, this highly competitive regatta sailing yacht is for sale and available for viewing. Offers are encouraged. Cintra is the oldest 12 meter yacht in the world with a long tradition of racing in regattas around the world. Following comprehensive research, she has been restored through classic photos and books, conserving her design, shape and elegance. She is in an an AAA condition.

Below decks "Cintra" offers accommodations for entertainment with two opposing settees. The interior is well ventilated with opening deck hatches and has extra deck prismas for light below. Standing headroom varies from 1.95 to 1.78 meters. She has a small galley with foot pump water pressure system, washbasin and gas fired stove. Opposite of the galley, a Baby Blake pump toilet and fold-away washbasin are fitted.

Engine: Perkins M35 Perama 35 hp (25kW) installed in 1991, complete revision in 2006, indirect coolingsystem and mechanical gearbox with three bladed feathering MaxProp propeller. Mechanical: 1 x Whale manual bilge pump 1 x Electrical pump for fresh water 1 x Manual pump for fresh water Safety And Fire Protection 1 x Life raft (capacity: 6 passengers) Fuel capacity 200 liters; Fresh water capacity 200 liters.

Electrical System 2 x Gel 12 volt Service Battery (108 Amp) 2 x Gel 12 volt Motor Battery (108 Amp) Shore power connection with automatic battery charger Communication and Navigational Equipment: 1 Bruce Anchor (30k); 1 VHF (Sailor); 1 Magnetic compass (Riviera); 1 Clock; 1 Barometer; 1 Hydrometer.

Deck equipment: 1 x mahogany passarelle with brass fittings 1 x Pull off; 1 x protective tenting.

Gaff rigged with wooden mast, booms, bowsprit, gaff and stainless standing rigging. 1 x Main sail; 1 x Jib top; 1 x Jib; 1 x Fore stay sail; 1 x MPS (Multi Purpose Sail) 8 x Baron brass winches for sheets and halyards
