Broker's comments

The VITA is a very spacious and fast 30 footer. Two couples can sleep in separate cabins. The toilet is particularly large. Also the galley has the space that is only encountered in larger yachts. The proven top-rigged is uncomplicated. A crew of two is sufficient to handle the VITA without problem. And with four aboard you still don't get in each others way. This superbly manoeuvrable and as new yacht is ready for her new owner.

Van de Stadt 30 Vita "Zeekoet", built by Vreugdenhil Alphen aan de Rijn-Holland in 2000, designed by Van der Stadt, dim: 9.20 (lwl 7.80) x 3.10 x 1.70 m, headway approx 14 m, CE-A classification, red ceder expoxy hull, wood expoxy superstructure and deck, hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, round- bilged hull, fin keel, displacment approx 3,8 tonnes, ballast approx 1,8 tonnes (lead in steel casing), GRP fueltank approx 80 ltrs., wood epoxy fresh water tank approx 150 ltrs, tiller steering.

Classic mahony interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headroom approx 1.90 m., manual toilet, petroleum heating, galley with electric and manual waterpressure system, three burner gasstove with oven, gas detector, refrigerator 12V.

Yanmar 20 hp (14,70 kW) diesel engine, engine built in 2000, installed in 2000, approx 150 running hours, direct cooling system, Yanmar saildrive, two bladed folding propeller, 1 x manual and 1 x electric bilgepumps, 12V electrical system, 2 x 120 Ah and 1 x 60 Ah batteries, shore power, battery charger.

Raytheon compass, Raytheon dept, log and echosounder, VHF (with atis), Raytheon radar, Raytheon autopilot, Raytheon GPS with electric chart plotter, navtex receiver, radio receiver, stereo radio/cd.
