General
Steel sailing yacht Solent 37 One Off, built in 1979, dim.: 11,20 (9,80) x 3,50 x 1,75 m, built by Van Dam Shipyards in Alphen aan de Rijn, steel round-bilged hull with keel and semi-balance rudder, steel superstructure, self draining cockpit, flush-deck, fin keel, displacement approx. 9000 kg, ballast approx. 3200 kg, fuel capacity approx. 240 liter, water capacity approx. 360 liter, all tanks are from stainless tiller steering.

Forward cabin: 2 berths each 1.90 x 0.70 plus storage underneath, hanging locker and wardrobe, escapehatch. Head: Marine toilet with washbasin. Storagelocker for cosmetics. Main saloon: bench with well-sized table, sofa-berth, bar plus lockers, quarter berth. Galley: two burners, electric fridge, lockers and shelves, stainless steel sink. Charttable: well-sized plus storage for charts, navigation instruments, storage for books. Headroom approx. 1.95 meter, Eberspächer heating (defect).

Mercedes OM 636, 39 hp, 4 cylinders, built in 1979, indirectcooling system, consumption approx. 2,5 ltr/h, propeller shaft, manual bilge pump, 3x batteries 12 Volt 120 Ah. each under floorboards and midships, separate 220 Volt-circuit plus shore power extion, battery charger.

Handbearing compass, VDO speedometer plus log, Walker log, echosounder, repeater in console above the entrance, log and dept, VDO windset is defect, Satellite navigator, Navtex, VHF, Kenwood radio.

Life raft (6 persons)(last servey 1998) , life lines, anchor with 2 chains, mechanical ancherwinch, wash pump, fenders with extra ropes, clock and barometer, clinometer, navigation lamps.

Sloop - cutter rigged, stainless steel fittings, mainsail 24.8 m2, genoa I 43.4 m2, genoa II 28.3 m2, jib 17.7 m2, storm jib 6.2 m2, all by De Vries, spinnakerboom.
