GRP, swing keel sailing yacht Southerly 105, built in 1981, dimensions: LOA 10,80 m, LWL 8,40 m, beam 3,70 m, draft 0,70/2,00 m, designed by Dick Carter, built by Northshore Marine Great Britain, round-bilged white GRP hull with blue striping, GRP anti-slip deck and GRP superstructure, safety glass in steering house, swing keel (controlled by handpump), displacement 5,897 kg, ballast 1,820 kg, watertank, fuel tank, steering position inside and steering position outside, outside with engine controles.
Spacious teak interior, 1 cabin in the front and 1 large cabin in the aft with a small table, saloon with retractable table, charttable position with wheel steering, toilet room (Lavac toilet) with sink and wash facilities, headroom 1,85/1,95 m, Wallas heating type 2000, watersystem with footpump, galley with one sink, coolbox, 2-burner stove with oven (no gas connection), crockery.
