General
GRP sailing yacht BAVARIA 40-3 "Maju II", built in 2002, launched March 2002, dim.: 12,48 (10,95) x 3,99 x 1,95 m, built by Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH in Germany, teak deck, GRP superstructure, teak in cockpit, white round-bilged hull with "Bavaria" blue striping, Rutgerson windows in stainless steel frames, displacement approx.7.900 kg, ballast approx.2.850 kg, fuel capacity approx. 150 liter, water capacity approx. 300 liter in 2 tanks of each 150 liter, wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Classic mahogany interior, 3 cabins, 6 berths, spacious saloon, headroom approx.1.90 m, 2x toilet, shower, Eberspacher D5LC heating, hot water by boiler, water pressure system, galley, refrigerator, 2-burner gas stove with oven.

Volvo Penta MD 22L, 50 hp (36,75 Kw), approx. 200 engine hours (November 2003), Saildrive, indirect cooling system, consumption approx. 3 liter/hour, 2x fire extinguisher, bilge pump, electric circuit, Volt/220 Volt, 3x 140 Ah. batteries, shore power, battery charger, convertor.

Plastimo compass on steering pedestal, Raymarine tridata for log, depth, Shipmate VHF, Raymarine 4000+ autopilot, plotter, VHF speaker in cockpit, radio with CD-player.

Sprayhood with halogen spots, cockpit cover, electric windlass, anchor with chain, bathing ladder, teak at bathing platform, deck shower, searailing, fenders, clock and barometer.
