General
Bavaria 37 Exclusive "Take Five" (owners version), built in 1996 by Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH - Germany, launched in 1997, dim.: 11.28 (9.69 ) x 3.65 x 1.80 m, headway approx. 16,50 m, J&J design, built under Germanischer Lloyd, GRP hull, deck and superstructure, teak in cockpit, perspex glass windows in aluminium framing, screens for windows and hatches, round bilged hull, fin-keel, streamlined rudder with fore balance rudder stock with self-adjusting pendulum bearings, displacement approx. 5.95 tonnes, ballast approx 2.25 tonnes (lead in keel), preventif osmose treatment (age unknown), fuel tank approx. 150 ltr, water capaity approx. 300 ltr, water level indicator for both tanks, mechanical wheel steering, stainless steel wheel with leather cover, wheel cover (almost new), emergency tiller.
Mahogany interior, saloon with large owners cabin aft and a large quest cabin in front, 4 (+2) berths, headway approx. 1,95 m, marine head with easy-care synthetic surfaces, wash bowl, pump toilet and shower, Webasto heating, hot water system (new 2004) through 30 litres boiler (runs on 220V and engine), electric water pressure system, galley with double sink, fridge (new 2004), 2- burner gas stove with oven (thermal saved), self draining gas cylinder container in cockpit complete with two gas bottles, crockery, floor-covering in every cabin.
Volvo Penta MD2030 29 hp 3-cylinder diesel engine, Sail drive, Volvo Penta gear box, intercooling system, fuel level indicator, hours app. 200, oil pressure gauge with alarm, engine temperature gauge with alarm, manual and electrical bilge pump, fire extinguisher, electric circuit: 12V and 220 V, 3x batteries 1x 70 Amp (2005) + 2x 200 Amp (2004), Victron batterycharger 50 Ah (2001), shore power. amp meter, volt meter.
Suunto compass on pedestal, Autohelm ST50: echosounder, log and windset, GPS and repeater, ST60 Raymarine Maxiview repeater, Shipmate RS8300 VHF with Atis, Philips MK10 GPS incl. Decca, Autohelm ST7000 autopilot, navigation lighting.
Sprayhood and cockpit cover with windows (new 2004), cockpit table, lifejackets, life lines, life sling, anchor with chain, boarding ladder, bathing platform, cockpit shower, spare parts, clock and barometer, Kenwood stereo with CD-player, electric power points at galley, marine head and chart table (12V/220V), fenders and warps.
9/10 stowaway rig, double spreader aluminium mast, fitting, head sail furling system new 2005, mainsail, jib (2005), genoa, spinnaker, Rodkicker boomvang, backstay adjuster, 5x Harken winches (2x genua ST winches new 2003, spi pole + mounting on mast.
