General
GRP sailingyacht Optima 101"Soeverein", built 1987, dim.: 10,10 x 3,60 x 1,70 m, designed by Van de Stadt, built by Dehler Yachtbau GmbH, headway approx. 14,80 m, GRP hull, deck and superstructure, perspex windows, round-bilged off white hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, diplacement approx. 4,2 ton, ballast approx. 1,8 ton (cast iron), fueltank approx. 40 ltr, watertank approx. 150 ltr, wheelsteering, emergency tiller.

Classic mahogany/teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headway approx. 1,80 m, u.w. toilet, Eberspracher heating '04, electric waterpressure system (new pump '03), galley with 12V frige, Eno three burner gasstove with oven, crockery, trashbin.

Yanmar 27 hp (19,85 kW) diesel, engine built in 1987, approx. 2412 runninghours, direct coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, fixed three-bladed propeller, several fire extinguishers, manual bilgepump, 12V electrical system, 2 x batteries ('02), batterycharger, shorepower.

Silva compass, Seafarer 700 echosounder, VDO log, Dantronic RT500S VHF, Magellan NAV 1200 GPS, Kenwood stereo/cd-player with changer (6).

Sprayhood ('02), 2 x life jackets, anchor with chain, bathingladder, sea railing, 4 x fenders, charts, books, clock, baro.

Fractional-rigged, Dehler aluminium mast, s.s. standing/running rig, furling headsail system, 3 sails: Quantum full battened mainsail ('04), Quantum furling genoa 110% ('05), spi, sailcover ('02), slabreefing for main (2 reefes), manual backstayadjuster, Lewmar winches: 2 x halyhardwinches and 2 x sheetwinches (new), spiboom.
