GRP cruiser racer sailing yacht swan 44, “Mohawk”, hull number 014 was built in 1974 by Nautor Marine in Finland and designed by the famous Sparkman and Stephens design agency, dim.; 13,48 x 3,85 x 2,20 m., headway approx. 18,50 m., displacement approx 12700 kg, ballast approx. 5140 kg, fresh water capacity 330 L, fuel capacity 150 L, wheel steering, teak deck.

Glazed wood mahogany interior in perfect state, forward stateroom has two single berths with large sail storage areas below each berth, saloon has port and starboard settees with pilot berths above and centerline dinette, forward-facing navigation station aft to starboard and L-shaped galley to port with walk-through to enclosed aft cabin, head with shower aft of navigation station to starboard, large hanging locker and ample storage space for cruising. hull is lined with teak batten strips, factory fitted webasto diesel powered central heating, factory fitted refrigerator, hot and cold water from boiler and engine.

Volvo Penta engine 45 hp was fitted in 1991, with approx running hours (670), 3-bladed max propeller shaft drive was designed for this engine so a 7,5 knots cruising speed is easily possible, 2 x 230 ah Midac service batteries, 1 x 85ah Gel-tech start battery, shore power, automatic battery charger. 1 manual bilge pumps, 2 x electric bilge pumps.

1 liquid compass, B & G depthsounder, B & G speed & distance log, B & G windmeter, B en G Hydra 2000 autopilot, computer with 15" Plotter screen, Kenwood radio cd Stereo, ICOM IC-M800 HF Marine transceiver, Furuno FM-2721 marine VHF radiotelephone, Philips inmarsat c mobile earth terminal is designed for ship security alert system use and provides two-way data/message communications anywhere in the world.

Canvas entrance sprayhood, safety line's, Bruce 15 kg anchor with lofrans electric winch and 50 meters chain, navigation lights, dodgers, various warps and fenders, clock and barometer. 6 person canister life raft last checked in 2008. cockpit upholstery, cockpit dinning table, 4 new stainless steel air intakes, side swim ladder.
