Nicely kept sailing yacht with motorsailer characteristics built by SeaFinn Yachts in Finland. Thanks to her deck salon/wheel house and her twin sleeping cabin, she’s very comfortable for sailing, entertaining and longer stays onboard. Fitted with a furling boom, genoa furler and bow thruster, she is easily handled by a small crew. Survey report of April 2009 available in our office.

General
GRP sailing yacht SeaFinn 37 "Calypso", built in 1986 by SeaFinn Yachts Oy in Finland, dim.: Loa 11,65 m (Lwl 9,60 m) x 3,35 m x 1,45 m, GRP hull, deck and superstructure, teak deck (needs some new plugs), windows in aluminium frames, new deck hatches, opening portholes (some with mosquito-screens), S-shaped hull with moderate keel and skeg hung rudder blade, displacement approx.: 6,2 tonnes, ballast: 2,3 tonnes, fuel capacity: 500 litres (stainless steel tank), fresh water tank: 350 litres, sump tank: approx. 50 litres, Servi hydraulic wheel steering in-/outside, emergency tiller. Hull painted in 2004 by professionals.
Classic teak interior, deck saloon/wheel house + dinette / galley + two cabins with own head, 5 (+2) berths, headroom approx.: 2,00 m, Webasto diesel ducted hot air heating.
Electric water pressure system, hot water through boiler (220v/engine).
Cosy deck saloon with U-shaped settee and steering position.
U-shaped dinette with galley; double stainless steel sink, Eno two burner gas stove with oven, Sawa front loading 12v fridge, cupboards, lots of stowage space.

Volvo Penta 2003T - 43 hp (31kW) diesel engine, installed in 1986, indirect cooling system, mechanical gearbox, propeller shaft stainless steel, three bladed fixed pitch propeller, cruising speed: approx. 7 knots, consumption: approx. 3,5 ltr/hr, manual/electric bilge pump, 12v/220v electrical system, shore power, earth leakage breaker, 3x 120 amp batteries of 2009, shore power, battery charger of 2009, Vetus electric bow thruster.
Suunto compass inside, outside compass (needs service), Raytheon ST60 log and echo sounder, Raytheon ST60 wind set, Furuno RF1710 radar (defect), Autohelm 6000 autopilot with rudder angle indicator, Furuno GPS, (mechanical VDO log defect).
Winter cover, search light, Autoflug 4 persons life raft (must be inspected - last inspection 2004), 2x life buoy, Quick electric windlass, CQR anchor and chain, TV with sat receiver, 3x windscreen wiper, two wired sea railing of stainless steel, clock, barometer, radar reflector, etc.
Sloop rigged, Seldén aluminium mast, Furlex 200S genoa furling system, standing rig of stainless steel, stainless turnbuckle covers.
Main sail on furling boom, furling genoa UV stroke, integrated mainsail cover, cover for genoa.
Winches: 2x Lewmar ST30 sheet winches + 3x Andersen halyard winches.
